No,it ain't Love. It's a Habit. It ain't holding on, it's memory floating on the mind. Missing someone ain't a SIN,but pretending that you're not is. Because you're actually cheating on your true inner feelings,in another words,you don't trust yourself. in my term,dont expect others to trust you if you dont even trust your ownself.
